How to Configure Outlook-Express to get Mail From Zimbra

Configure your Outlook-Express by following the images below.

 

a.      Open OutLook-Express Tools Accounts. ( image-1)

b.      At Internet Accounts Dialog Box Go to Mail Tab (Marked) Click Add button (Marked) Select Mail (Marked) Click Next ( See image-2)

c.      At Your Name Form Enter your Name (Marked) (See Image-3) Click Next.

d.      Now Internet E-mail Address Form Will Appear. Here, Input your E-mail Address. (See image-4)

e.      Now E-mail Server Names Form Will Appear. Here, Input your account Information.

 

1.      Select POP3 ( My incoming mail server is a POP3 Server )

2.      Incoming Mail Server (POP3) = zmail.bijoy.net

3.      Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) = smtp.bijoy.net

f.        Now Internet Mail Logon Form will appear see image-6

1.      Account Name = your email address ( like munna@bijoy.net

2.      Password = your password.

    Click Next.
